What is The Little Lounge, LLC?

- We are a traveling childcare service providing on-site care for little ones at private events. We create a safe, fun, and engaging environment so parents can relax and enjoy the celebration.
Do I need to have a designated space at the venue?

- Yes, this ensures close proximity to parents/guardians in case of an emergency.
Will meals be provided for the children?
​
- Yes, food, snacks, and water will be provided for children. A menu will be shared and cleared before the event date. Parents of children with special food requirements/accommodations should provide their own food. Milk bottles should also be provided. A fridge and bottle warmer will be provided.
What ages do you care for?

- We provide care for children ages 1-8
Do I need to provide anything?

- We'll bring the fun and safety! We ask that you provide the final headcount seven days before the event. We will need all parent contact, food/medical info seven days prior to the event. An info sheet will be shared to be completed. There also be a media release form to be signed by parents. We will be taking photos for our social media platforms and gallery page on our website.
Are your caregivers certified/experienced?

- Yes, our caregivers hold certifications in early learning and early childhood education, with extensive training and experience with young children. Our caregivers are CPR/FIRST-AID certified.
How many children can you accommodate?

- Our max is 8 children per event. This ensures that our high quality attention and care for every child as well as keeping in compliance with caregiver-to-child ratio.
Do I need to pay all fees up front?

- You will be required to pay a non-refundable down payment to secure the event date. This will be half of the total cost. The remaining balance will be due 10 days before the event date. A 24-hour notice for cancellation is required. Half of the total cost will be refunded back to you.
What is the cost?​

- Our services start at $450. The final cost is determined by the amount of caregivers that will need to be present, the duration that our services are needed, and travel. Final quotes will be provided once all specifications are outlined. A contract and invoice will be provided to be completed by the host of the event.
