Service Description

The Little Lounge LLC provides professional on-site childcare services during weddings and private events. Services include supervision, activities, basic meals/snacks (when agreed upon), and safe care for children ages 1–8.

Booking & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total balance is required to reserve your event date.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before the event.
• Payments can be made via [Zelle, Cash App, Venmo].
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total paid (deposit remains non-refundable).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Host Responsibilities

• A designated indoor space at the venue for the children’s lounge.
• Access to restrooms, clean water, and adequate lighting.
• Advance approval of any food/menu items to be served.
• Hosts must ensure the space is secure and away from any potential hazards.

Parent Responsibilities

• Parents/guardians must complete all required forms prior to the event, including:
- Child information/intake form
- Medical/allergy disclosure

Media release form
• Children must be signed in and out by an authorized adult.
• Parents must remain on-site or provide accurate emergency contact details.

Health & Safety

• All childcare providers are CPR/First Aid certified and have passed background checks.
• Children exhibiting signs of illness (fever, vomiting, etc.) will not be admitted.
• In case of emergency, The Little Lounge LLC will contact the parent/guardian or emergency contact immediately.

Liability & Insurance

The Little Lounge LLC carries general liability insurance and will take all reasonable precautions to ensure child safety. However, by using our services, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept that accidents may occur and release The Little Lounge LLC from liability, except in cases of gross negligence.

Behavioral Policy

Children displaying repeated aggressive or unsafe behavior may be removed from the group and require parent/guardian intervention.

Media Use

Photos or videos may be taken during the event for marketing or recap purposes. No child will be included in any media unless a signed release form has been received.

Changes to These Terms

The Little Lounge LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
